Job Description

We're looking for a

Senior Enterprise Architect , someone who's ready to grow with our company. In this position you will have a major role in providing lead technical services to analyze, design, and deliver clinical/business solutions. Lends expertise to answer technical consulting questions, individually or as part of a project team. Serves as a senior subject matter expert associated with content, processes, and procedures associated with enterprise applications plan. Prepares and participates in "deep dive" technical evaluation meetings, investigating processes to understand data and communications flow within Integrated Delivery System.

Job Duties & Responsibilities • Translates business needs into detail requirement specifications. • Discover and understand customer's business model, drivers, goals, pain-points, constraints, priorities and formulate recommendations. • Create a business case when there is ambiguity in customer requirements. • Exhibit awareness of industry trends and standards. Apply a structured business architecture approach and methodology for capturing the key views of the enterprise and translating business needs into key requirements. • Developing architecture specifications, models and roadmaps based on business/technical requirements to deliver complete solution including technologies, processes and people. • Research, review, analyze and recommend new and emerging highly complex technological and business development trends to meet business requirements. • Responsible for connecting business strategy and technology to emerging business and information systems capabilities. • Leads systems design and analysis. • Analyzes system problems and modifications. • Participates in committees as an IS representative. Skills & Requirements • Required H.S. Diploma or GED • A bachelor's degree may substitute for 4 years of experience • Required 13 years information systems architecture, design, or maintenance experience
