The
Director, Business Development
role is responsible for leading relationships with key strategic accounts, and for cultivating relationships with key prospective accounts. This role will largely focus on our Financial Services vertical. Responsibilities
Introduce WillowTree's business, proposition, people, and capabilities to new client prospects via calls/meetings. Consult with potential and existing clients to define digital strategy and digital product experiences and develop creative solutions. Collaborate closely with Solutions Architects to propose appropriate team/resourcing plans for client briefs. Leverage the talents of the UX Strategy and Design Team to ideate on behalf of clients and develop pitch materials. Drive the overall process to combine technical plans and creative concepts into written proposals for submission and presentations for pitches. After a deal is finalized, work hand-in-hand with Project Management, Engineering, and Design leads to guide the overall product delivery. Build and maintain relationships with clients to expand partnerships. Assist with developing strategies and plans for developing and deepening accounts. Ability to travel up to 25% for client visits, pitches, and conferences. Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience in a digital or technology environment. Experienced working with, and presenting to, C-level professionals of Fortune 5000 companies. Deep understanding of software development. Skilled problem solver and value driver for clients. Knowledge and experience in delivering impactful presentations to executive and cross-disciplinary audiences. A deep sense of creativity. Bonus Points
Management consulting experience in Consumer or Financial Services. Engineering or computer science degree and/or background. Master’s degree in Business Administration. What We'll Offer
