As a People Operations Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in guiding and supporting our leaders and teams on everyday people matters. Your insights and advice will help shape our workplace by focusing on core areas like talent management, career development, employee engagement, and workforce planning. You’ll be a trusted partner, using your growing expertise to foster an inclusive environment and continuously enhance our people’s experience. The Opportunity Coach and support supervisors and team leaders on performance, development, and engagement, helping them bring out the best in their teams. Build strong partnerships across teams by consulting on People practices and offering sound guidance. Advise managers on delivering feedback effectively, fostering development conversations, and managing performance. Coordinate annual activities, including performance appraisals, promotions, and the salary review process. Conduct exit interviews and manage the overall exit process in collaboration with the People Services team. Partner with Centers of Expertise to ensure seamless service delivery. Prepare and present information on People initiatives in staff meetings. Work cross-functionally to maintain consistent practices and drive quality outcomes. Use People analytics to identify trends, inform leadership, and propose proactive solutions. Lead and support initiatives that prioritize employee wellbeing and strengthen our positive work culture. Take an active role in People Team projects, contributing individually or within a team as part of your growth. Support programs that integrate Equity, Diversity & Inclusion into all aspects of our people strategy. Collaborate closely with People Business Partners to address complex or high-risk issues appropriately. Is this role right for you? Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field. 4+ years of dynamic HR experience, ideally in a generalist or People Partner role. Skilled at working consultatively within a matrixed organization. Strong grasp of policies, practices, and employee relations frameworks, with sound judgment in applying them. Proven ability to build trusted relationships with clients and balance the needs of leaders, staff, and the firm. Comfort in building relationships across geographies, both in-person and virtually. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to connect with all levels of the organization. Preferred qualifications include HR certification, such as those offered by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) or the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). - The good faith base salary hiring range for this job if performed in San Francisco is

$92,000 – $96,000

per year. Benefits are not included in the base salary. Please note hiring ranges for candidates performing work outside of San Francisco will differ. Benefits that Work
