THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE The Events Lead Associate, Single Family Marketing Strategy (Flexible Hybrid) role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities: Orchestrate Fannie Mae’s strategic presence at Single-Family industry and proprietary events. Prepare leadership and key business partners with event briefings and key messaging. Research and identify changes in the event marketing environment or competitive strategies and evaluate, adjust, or redraft the organization's marketing plan and philosophy. Stay informed of changes in the event marketing environment and coordinate market research projects. Create and convey brand messages, as well as improve brand awareness within key event audiences. THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM Minimum Required Experiences 4 years Desired Experiences Bachelor's degree or equivalent Skills Proven experience in coordinating and executing high-impact visibility at executive-level events; previous focus on mortgage or financial services industry events is a plus. Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand. Adept at multitasking and managing project plans and resources to handle multiple event timelines simultaneously. Experience drafting clear, concise communications to prepare internal teams for executive-level events, including presentations, talking points, and briefing books that equip staff with relevant insights and key messaging. Strong ability to engage with senior executives, sponsorship partners, and events team to foster relationships and coordinate complex event details effectively. Proficient in analyzing event impact and generating presentations and reports to demonstrate effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement. Effective in working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively, facilitating productive meetings and resolving conflicts to align stakeholders and drive event objectives forward. Detail-oriented, independent, and motivated individual who can prioritize and drive deliverables to execution with minimal supervision. Fannie Mae is a flexible hybrid company.
