Improving Lives . The Project Delivery Manager in the Power Delivery Group report to the Director of Gas Services. They are responsible and accountable for the technical and operational performance, financial performance, growth of their assigned group within the Power Delivery organizational structure. Responsibilities
Responsibilities include providing leadership in four high-level focus area: Product Delivery, Staff Development, Financial Management, and Sales.
Groups consist of 4-10 individuals affiliated with a function, discipline, service line, or market sector. For each focus area, this positon demands close collaboration with others at all levels of the organization. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business management, sustainability OR equivalent natural gas and management experience. Direct experience in the natural gas industry. Familiarity with the standards and quality demanded by the power and utility clients is required. This role requires experience with quality assurance checks in order to uphold high internal and external quality standards. Proficiency in MS Office, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6 and other relevant software, including any technical software as needed. 5+ years of experience in the natural gas field, such as engineering, construction management, facilities management, project management, sustainability, commissioning, or related field with progressive responsibilities. At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role leading a team of 2+ individuals. Strong written and verbal communication skills, highly organized, and detail oriented with exceptional interpersonal skills. Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) Valid driver's license Positive attitude, ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, and ability to meet internal and external deadlines. The ability to review projects and problems from a high level in order to provide clients with the best quality suggestions and solutions. Metrics: Evaluation is based on, in part on the timely, accurate completion of work. Attends in-house seminars and educational opportunities outside of the offices. Participates in relevant professional associations. Participates as a key contributor in Power Delivery meetings at multiple levels. Is aware of future project resource requirements based on marketing efforts and successes within Power Delivery. Demonstrates on an annual basis that the assigned group consistently: Delivers products that conform to company standards and meet or exceed client standards. Balances staff in terms of experience and expertise that collaborates constructively and is highly motivated. Meets budgeted utilization goals and works cooperatively with others at all levels of the organization. Executes smooth interface between planning and execution, thus cultivating an environment of efficiency and predictability. The pay range for this California position is $140,000- $170,000 per year; however, base pay offered may be higher or lower depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the candidate. Restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
