Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst to support our work with a federal client. This is a HYBRID role in Arlington, VA requiring onsite work 1-3 times per week. This role is open to U.S. Citizens ONLY.

Successful candidates must have an ACTIVE Secret Security Clearance.

In this role you will:

• Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems
• Assess the business model and its integration with technology
• Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution
• Research, gather and synthesize information

Candidates must have:

• 1+ years of experience with ServiceNow
• 1+ years of experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• 1+ years of experience with Agile Fundamentals

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree

Salary: $75,000 - $82,000 Dependent on Experience
