About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial operations of our acute-care facility. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, budgeting, audits, tax compliance, and financial planning activities. Your proven leadership in financial reporting analysis and cash flow management is essential, as is your experience in revenue cycle management.
As the Interim CFO, you will ensure compliance with all financial regulatory requirements and contribute your financial expertise to the strategic planning of new services. You will also focus on managing costs and eliminating non-value expenses to maximize efficiency.
We require a candidate with a minimum of 5 years of progressive managerial experience in a financial role within an acute-care environment. Experience as an Interim CFO, CFO, or in a similar position is necessary. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, adaptability to change, emotional maturity, and self-motivation.
