During the internship, you will be able to complete critical real world work along with multiple internal Iron Mountain teams while contributing to our digital growth aspirations. We currently have an opportunity for you to work as an intern with our Marketing team to work closely with our Commercial, Digital, or Crozier business units to elevate the power of our customers’ work by driving brand awareness, providing insights into customer needs, and educating our base on how Iron Mountain can help elevate their business. As a Marketing Intern at Iron Mountain you may be a member of one of these teams: Digital Marketing: Develops marketing, merchandising and creative strategies and affiliated programs to promote the organization's products and services through the Internet or other digital channels to increase exposure to and business from the target audience. Manages the implementation of digital marketing programs and analyzes their effectiveness. Establishes and manages the relationships with search engines and portal sites that are strategically aligned with the digital goals. Tracks usage trends of the organization's websites, including number and quality of visitors and advertising campaign impact. Develops and maintains website graphic designs and layout to support the organization's image, identity and brands through a diverse mix of web material, graphical user interfaces and multimedia delivered for the web. Ensures that the organization's website provides up-to-date and comprehensive product/service information that is easily available to existing and potential customers. May be responsible for social media marketing and online community management Market Research/Intelligence Perform analyses and prepares forecasts and recommendations in the areas of product preferences, sales coverage, market penetration, market practices and sales trends. Research market conditions to determine potential sales of a product. Partnership Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to identify effective distribution channels. Research and analyze the marketplace to identify new channels, partnerships and co-branding opportunities. Develop and monitor channel opportunities, licensing agreements, joint ventures and partnerships to maximize revenues. Design, develop and implement marketing programs with third-party partners. Marketing Communications: Coordinate the development of advertising/marketing communications materials by creative design and creative writing services to effectively represent the products, services, brands and/or the organization to customers and prospects. Apply various communication strategies to create an impression, raise awareness, and encourage a preference and response by the target audience for the organization and its products, services and brands. Develop and coordinate multimedia packages (e.g., letters, brochures, video, point-of-purchase displays). May involve use of sponsorship, events and sales promotions. Education Qualifications: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with an expectation that degree will be obtained between December 2025- July 2026 Must be returning to the course of study following completion of the internship Pursuing a degree in Marketing or related field of study Requirements: Participation in the internship program requires that you are located in the continental United States for the duration of the program Must be authorized to work in the US without restriction (this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship now or in the future) This is a 40 hour per week assignment, lasting 12 weeks with the expected start date being May 21, 2025 and ending on August 13th, 2025 Technical Skill Qualifications (Preferred) Data Analysis work using Excel or Google Sheets Strong analytical and problem solving skills Professional Skill Qualifications (Preferred) Excellent communication and teamwork skills Great attention to detail Demonstrated leadership experience Ability to demonstrate strong communication skills, initiative, and intellectual curiosity Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member Ability to learn and comply with company policies and procedures Strong analytical and problem solving skills Category: Other Designations Iron Mountain is a global leader in storage and information management services trusted by more than 225,000 organizations in 60 countries.
