Kelly, in partnership with a rapidly growing manufacturer, is looking for a Bilingual (Spanish) Trainer in Indianapolis, IN (46222). 

This is a direct hire position, meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their benefit and vacation package upon hire!

Benefits:

Details:
  • Pay Rate: $19 to $21 per hour
  • Hours: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday
Job Description:
  • Providing employees with the skills needed to safely operate machines and efficiently complete processes and tasks
  • Ensuring all associates understand safety requirements and quality processes
  • Training associates on product knowledge and assigned duties and processes
  • Demonstrating critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
  • Training new hires and re-training current employees to company standards
  • Promoting accident prevention in the manufacturing space
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Possess one to three months of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • At least 3 years or experience in manufacturing environment
