About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its management team. The CFO will be a key leader, overseeing all finance and accounting functions, and will be responsible for providing financial, operational, and revenue cycle leadership. This includes budget responsibilities, financial resource management, financial statements and operational productivity reports, long-range projections, cash management, strategic planning, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. The role also involves serving as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team, and engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders, from physicians to external health system partners. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a Master's degree in business administration, finance, or accounting, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in financial administration, preferably in healthcare. A CPA is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of oncology clinical activities and the ability to translate them into an efficient and effective revenue cycle operation. Excellent communication skills are essential for engaging with individuals at all levels, and the CFO will be tasked with building a high-performing team that is proactive and customer-oriented in a dynamic, growing environment.
