Job Summary This position is responsible for leading and implementing innovative processes in Deductions Management for 6 North American bottlers. The role includes partnering with the Coke System and customers to develop sustainable solutions in deductions prevention. This position manages a staff of up to 5 Finance and 11 BPO associates. There are frequent interactions with external and internal stakeholders, including frequent presentations for deductions analysis and metrics. Duties and Responsibilities Implement innovative strategies for reconciling deductions more efficiently for our customers by using customer claim data available in HighRadius and reduce SPD Improve operational deductions processes by finding innovative solutions for our bottlers that add value to the service line. This includes educating bottlers in ways to occurrences and increasing revenue recovery. Lead the design and documenting of SOPs for best processes in reconciling deductions to create sustainability for BPO Research and understand operational deduction root causes, including ASN, and partner with bottlers, NAOU, and customers to find sustainable solutions Identify revenue loss opportunities and lead recovery efforts Utilize HighRadius and customer portal data to proactively identify pricing issues and implement preventative measures for future occurrences Lead new HighRadius features design and implementation. This includes but not limited to adding new customers to claims aggregation for digital claims and auto-rebill web push BOTs. Initiate innovative solutions for digital deduction reconciliations as well as price validation pre/post audits in customer portals. This includes working with external vendors and CONA to identify latest cutting-edge solutions. Partner with Business Process Specialist to link digital customer claim data to CONA billing data for automatic invoice discrepancy reconciliations Leverage influential communications in delivering new solutions or processes to bottlers and NAOU Sales Ensure compliance with Client Bottler's COA, internal controls, GAAP and other Company policies and procedures as required. Drive consistent monthly decreases in overall deductions balances and increase AR currency. Develop under tolerance mining with focus on root cause mitigation and revenue recovery.

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently and meet deadlines. Ability to effectively recommend and implement new processes and changemanagement. Prior exposure to budgeting, forecasting, General Ledger, and reportinga plus. Previous work experience with systems (SAP, HighRadius, CPA, PMT, MicroStrategy, Margin Minder, and UFP). Advanced Microsoft Office user (macros, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) required. Previous sales or financial reporting preferred. Strong computer and database application skills.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience Master's Degree a plus

Years of Experience Four (4) to seven (7) years' experience in Finance or Accounting required Required Travel Travel is not expected in this job, however, employees may be asked to travel for meetings or training on occasion.
