Currently, our client is looking for a Chemical Plant Reliability Manager to join their facility in Tennessee. Relocation will be provided for applicants moving to the area.

Duties of the Chemical Plant Reliability Manager:
Improve, monitor, and manage maintenance reliability tracking techniques and KPIs
Conduct equipment and facilities reliability testing and analyze results to make changes
Create and improve preventative maintenance procedures aimed at increasing process efficiency and facilities operation
Work with other plant departments (management, production, engineering) to understand equipment and facilities issues
Assist maintenance and engineering in facilities and equipment troubleshooting
Create a proactive maintenance environment
Assist with capital projects aimed at improving systems and facilities
Manage reliability documentation
Provide technical input to determine priority and scope of equipment repairs
Assist in developing and maintaining plant mechanical and safety standards.
Requirements for the Chemical Plant Reliability Manager:
Previous experience with improving equipment reliability in manufacturing
Previous experience with chemical production processes, including piping, pressure vessels, and more
Prior experience with reliability inspections and testing
Proven equipment troubleshooting skills
