HYBRID POSITION 35-hour week
Provide Administrative support for Legal / Compliance Department in implementation of various policies, procedures, and legal/compliance initiatives.
Prepare and transmit written correspondence to both company employees and third parties Track status and follow up in writing and/or verbally on outstanding responses/information/tasks Liaise with third parties and company employees regarding compliance requirements/responsibilities Database input and management Invoice review and management Document review, redaction, and production Clerical work such as photocopying, collating, scheduling meetings Perform additional duties and tasks as assigned by management
Desired Qualifications:
Associates degree or higher preferred Excellent organizational and time management skills Excellent written/verbal communication skills Strong Microsoft Office Skills Strong problem-solving skills Interest in varied workload and learning new areas of compliance and the law Experience in legal or insurance environment a plus
