Office Manager

Vaco Phoenix is looking for an experienced Office Manager for a top client in Phoenix, AZ. This person will be in charge of managing the office, filing, data entry, and day to day administrative duties. This position is fully onsite and interviewing immediately.
Responsibilities: *Oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive work environment. Coordinate maintenance and repairs. Manage office supply orders, maintain master inventory listings, and keep inventory areas stocked and organized. Prepare FedEx and USPS packages for pickup, take Certified Mail to the Post Office, and drop mail off-site when the Postman doesn't arrive. Coordinate shipping/receiving for stock deliveries to the appropriate locations within the office. Manage vendor relations, addressing inquiries, concerns and requests promptly. Manage the Key Box so all keys are correctly labeled and color-coded. Assist Humans Resources with office functions, employee celebrations, employee luncheons, potlucks, etc.
Required Qualifications: * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Creative approach to problem solving, both independently and as part of a team. * Ability to maintain a professional manner under stress. * Experience with heavy scheduling and management of calendars. * Detail-oriented execution of administrative activities, with high attention to detail, organization and prioritization. * Strong technical and computer skills - Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, etc. a must. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
