We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Executive Assistant in YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio, United States. The Executive Assistant will be providing administrative support to the board of directors and agency, managing calendars, preparing and conducting both in-person and virtual meetings, and providing logistical support to the board.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure smooth communication within the board of directors and agency
• Manage the scheduling and organization of both virtual and in-person meetings
• Provide administrative support to the board of directors and agency
• Use tools such as ADP - Financial Services, Cisco Webex Meetings, Concur, CRM, Kronos Timekeeping System, and About Time effectively for administrative tasks
• Prepare necessary documentation for meetings, including correspondence and conference calls
• Handle calendar management efficiently, ensuring no scheduling conflicts
• Provide logistical support to the board, ensuring all necessary resources are available for meetings
• Maintain accurate records and manage data effectively.• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
• Experience with Cisco Webex Meetings
• Proficiency in using Concur
• Familiarity with CRM
• Experience with Kronos Timekeeping System
• Knowledge of About Time
• Strong skills in Calendar Management
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to manage Conference Calls
• Experience in handling Correspondence
