We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and long-term planning of our residential and/or commercial properties. The Property Manager will ensure high tenant satisfaction, maintain property value, and maximize profitability by managing leasing, maintenance, financial operations, and tenant relations.

Responsibilities
Property Maintenance and Repairs
Scheduling routine inspections and maintenance.
Coordinating repairs to keep the property in good condition.
Hiring and managing contractors or vendors for specialized work.
Tenant Management
Marketing and showing rental properties to prospective tenants.
Screening and selecting tenants through background and credit checks.
Preparing and managing lease agreements.
Addressing tenant complaints and resolving disputes.
Collecting rent and managing delinquencies or evictions if needed.
Financial Management
Setting and adjusting rental rates based on market analysis.
Preparing budgets and managing expenses.
Keeping detailed financial records for tax and reporting purposes.
Ensuring timely payment of property taxes, mortgages, and insurance premiums.
Legal Compliance
Staying updated on local, state, and federal laws regarding housing, landlord-tenant relationships, and property management.
Ensuring the property complies with safety, accessibility, and environmental standards.
Handling legal matters, such as evictions or disputes, in accordance with applicable laws.
Marketing and Occupancy
Advertising vacancies to attract tenants.
Enhancing property appeal through staging or landscaping.
Ensuring high occupancy rates to maximize profitability.
