Job Summary:
Our customer is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our commercial properties and community relations within the Crossroads neighborhood. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high occupancy rates, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and optimizing property performance as well as building community engagement. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of commercial real estate management.
Key Responsibilities:
Property Operations:
Manage the day-to-day operations of commercial properties, including maintenance, security, and tenant relations.
Tenant Relations:
Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of tenant satisfaction.
Lease Administration:
Oversee lease agreements, renewals, and negotiations. Ensure compliance with lease terms and conditions.
Financial Management:
Develop and manage property budgets, track income and expenses, and prepare financial reports. Monitor rent collections and handle delinquencies.
Maintenance and Repairs:
Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repair activities. Ensure properties are well-maintained and comply with safety regulations.
Vendor Management:
Select, negotiate, and manage contracts with vendors and service providers. Ensure quality and cost-effective services.
Capital Improvements:
Plan and oversee capital improvement projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Compliance:
Ensure properties comply with local, state, and federal regulations. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Reporting:
Prepare and present regular reports on property performance to senior management and property owners.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial property management.
Strong knowledge of commercial lease agreements and property management software.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Certified Property Manager (CPM) or Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation is a plus.
