Job Title: Assembler
Job Description
The candidate must have previous mechanical assembly experience, including the ability to read schematics and blueprints, follow build documents and standard operating procedures (SOPs). The use of hand and power tools is required, along with some electrical work.
Responsibilities
Comprehending and executing technical build instructions, blueprints, and manufacturing process documents.
Preparing and assembling metal parts, including layout, fabrication, trimming, deburring, priming, and riveting.
Installing electrical and computer systems, accurately preparing and terminating wires, routing and installing prefabricated wire bundles through structures, and troubleshooting electrical faults.
Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Identifying inefficient shop processes/flows and utilizing LEAN principles to improve the manufacturing and assembly processes.
Continually assessing your work and that of others on the team for quality assurance.
Performing other duties as required.
Essential Skills
Mechanical assembly experience.
Ability to read schematics and blueprints.
Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
Experience with electrical assembly and wiring.
Understanding of production and assembly processes.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with LEAN principles is beneficial.
Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.
Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
