Job Overview


We are seeking a motivated and organized Marketing Administrative Assistant to join our team at knightsbridgesolutions. As a Marketing Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the marketing department and assist with various marketing tasks. This is a full-time position based in Phoenix, Arizona, United States.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Junior level candidate with 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Roles and Responsibilities


  • Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and content creation
  • Conduct market research to identify potential target audiences and consumer trends
  • Manage and update the company's social media accounts, ensuring brand consistency
  • Assist with the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and promotional materials
  • Maintain marketing databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance and provide reports to the marketing team
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the marketing team
