Client Interaction: Assist customers with policy coverage questions, billing inquiries, and claims processing.

Policy Review: Conduct insurance policy reviews to ensure customers have adequate coverage for their needs.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and insurance policy details.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies in all customer interactions.

Problem Resolution: Address client concerns in a timely and effective manner, providing solutions and guidance as needed.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a unified and cohesive customer service experience.

Licensing: Active SC Property & Casualty License is required.

Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role within the insurance industry is preferred.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Customer Focus: A strong dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships.
