Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Engage with clients via phone, email, and in-person visits to offer assistance and answer inquiries promptly.
- Issue Resolution: Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently and courteously, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Policy Review: Conduct regular reviews of clients' policies to ensure they are up-to-date and suggest improvements or additions as necessary.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback for company reference.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer service experience and team cohesion.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in training and development sessions to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Experience: Having an active Property and Casualty Insurance license is required.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-Oriented: Strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve issues efficiently and with a positive attitude.
- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
