We help these teams streamline operations, enhance security, and automate critical tasks.Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Controller to oversee our accounting operations, manage financial reporting, and ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the financial health of our organization and will be able to work effectively in both high-level accounting functions as well as day-to-day accounting operations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.Ensure compliance with ASC 606 and GAAP for revenue recognition and financial reporting.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements and reports for management and external stakeholders.Lead the month/year-end close process ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.Implement and maintain internal controls and financial operations to safeguard company assets.Conduct inter-company accounting and consolidations for multiple entities.Prepare cash flow statements and manage cash flow forecasting.Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support SaaS management and financial compliance initiatives.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA preferred.Minimum of 10+ years of experience in accounting or finance rolesExperience in the Saas industry is STRONGLY prefferedCurrent knowledge in multi-entity/intercompany accounting processesStrong knowledge of ASC 606, GAAP, and technical accounting principles in a Saas environment.Proficiency in NetSuite (implementation is a plus!)Experience with financial reporting and compliance standards.Hands-on experience with AP/AR, payroll, and balance sheets.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.BenefitsFully remote work schedule!Medical Dental and Vision Insurance 100% employer-paid, HSA, or FSA optionsDedicated mental health resourcesWFH StipendFinancial wellness support4+ weeks PTO12 paid holidaysPaid sick/mental health daysFor this position you must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
