What’s a typical day as a Human Resource Coordinator? You’ll be:
- Support inquiries via SPIRIT case management system.
- Onboard new hires, conversions, rehires, and consultants.
- Processing I-9 forms and ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards.
- Process unemployment claims and coordinate with third-party vendors.
- Resolve associate inquiries/cases per SLAs.
- Use canned responses in the case management system for HR tier 1 tickets.
- Suggest self-help knowledge base articles.
- Support mail processing, document uploads, and policy information retrieval.
- Maintain accurate data in Workday and case management system.
- Assist with internal audits and special projects.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Meeting with leadership to provide overall site support.
- Assisting with employee relations, performance management, and training initiatives.
- Performing administrative tasks such as scanning and creating files in the HR Drive
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a minimum of 2-3 years of HR experience.
- Knowledge of HR Information Systems (Workday) and Case Management Systems
- Experience with I-9 processes.
- Possess knowledge and expertise in HR functions.
- Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Unemployment Claims expierance is a plus
- Can follow instructions meticulously and work independently.
- Knowledge in employee relations, performance management, and onboarding
