Job Description
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team. Manage heavy calendar scheduling and coordinate meetings, conference calls, and events. Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and track follow-up actions. Arrange extensive travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and transportation. Prepare and reconcile expense reports. Act as a gatekeeper for the executive office, screening calls and inquiries. Collaborate with other executive assistants to streamline operations and communications. Assist in special projects and initiatives to improve organizational efficiency's. Support on boarding processes for new hires within the property management team. Perform additional duties as assigned. The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree preferred. 5-10+ years of experience in an administrative role supporting C-suite executives. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Positive, team-oriented attitude. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. High degree of professionalism and discretion. Excellent communication and listening skills.
