Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers, understanding their flooring needs and preferences to provide tailored recommendations.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings, including materials, styles, and installation processes, to effectively advise customers.
• Sales Execution: Guide customers through the purchasing process, from product selection to finalizing sales, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.
• Store Maintenance: Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing, including updating displays and restocking samples as needed.
• Administrative Tasks: Process sales transactions accurately, manage customer records, and handle inquiries both in-person and over the phone.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive team environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in flooring or home improvement, is advantageous but not mandatory.
