Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (flexible)

Step into an exciting role as an Executive Assistant at a top-tier luxury hotel in the heart of Miami Beach! You’ll support the General Manager in daily operations, special projects, and guest relations, playing a key role in ensuring exceptional experiences for both guests and team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the details: Manage contracts, permits, licenses, and ensure full compliance with local regulations.
  • Stay ahead of the curve: Provide the General Manager with critical research, reports, and scheduling support, keeping everything running like clockwork.
  • Be a problem-solver: Respond to guest inquiries, resolve any glitches, and ensure our VIP guests feel like royalty from check-in to check-out.
  • Project management: Lead and coordinate exciting special projects and events that elevate the guest experience.
  • Bridge the gap: Act as a key communicator between departments to drive improvements and ensure flawless service delivery.

What You Bring:
  • A degree or 2+ years of relevant experience (or a combination of both).
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS)—bonus points if you know OPERA!
  • Stellar organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • A genuine passion for delivering world-class customer service.
