Currently, we have an Administrative Assistant opportunity with a benefits administration company. The company provides small to medium-sized businesses with Employee Benefits and administrative technology solutions. Administrative Assistant is responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:
- Take responsibility for upcoming projects and initiatives that require the Director of Operations attention.
- Update Excel Spreadsheet reports and tracking.
- Streamline processes and workflows for both the Director of Operation's office and the Agency.
- Manage Calendar, coordinate travel arrangements, track expenses, and handle all correspondence relative to the activities.
- Prepare the Conference room for meetings & Luncheons.
- Order office supplies
- Act as the gatekeeper to ensure the Director of Operations stays on task to handle critical matters and organize the daily calendar & activities.
- Handle phone calls and emails from important clients and business partners.
- Exceptional project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good computer skills.
- Critical thinker.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
