Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant (EAA) to provide essential support to Division Executives. This dynamic role offers a blend of administrative and operational tasks, including document preparation, contract review, customer communication management, and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs). The ideal candidate will be proactive, discreet, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant (EAA) to provide essential support to Division Executives. This dynamic role offers a blend of administrative and operational tasks, including document preparation, contract review, customer communication management, and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs). The ideal candidate will be proactive, discreet, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Generate, review, and maintain confidential documents.
- Preview and proofread T&C contracts and NDA's.
- Execute high-revenue customer capital purchases.
- Monitor order files and maintaining proactive, pre-shipment customer communications.
- Coordinate internal logistics to enhance customer experience.
- Maintain KPI dashboards and assist in BOD slide deck preparation.
- Dispatch inbound communication traffic.
- Contribute to overall strategic and tactical company objectives.
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Experience with ERP systems (Concur).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project Planner.
- Knowledge of project management, including Gantt Chart creation.
- Experience in purchasing and vendor negotiations.
- This role requires typical office physical activities, including sitting, typing, and occasional light lifting.
