- Mountain House Day Camp (Allentown, PA)
- Camp Wood Haven (Pine Grove, PA)

The Seasonal Camp Director is responsible for leading a comprehensive summer camp program including updating, adjusting, and implementing the programming, onboarding, training and evaluating camp staff, communicating with families and building a strong camper culture focused on inclusion, joy and leadership. The Seasonal Camp Director will coordinate and oversee camp services in compliance with all GSEP, GSUSA, ADA, ACA, health department, and OSHA standards and requirements.
Prior supervisory experience, budget preparation background, and strong communication skills are essential. A strong candidate is also able to manage conflict with campers, families, and staff, handle crises, manage risk, and prioritize camper safety daily. Qualified candidates must be at least twenty-five years of age or older with at least 5 years of related services.
** This position is active May through August with occasional touchpoints before the active season
** The Seasonal Camp Director of Camp Wood Haven is required to live on our GSEP Property located in Pine Grove, PA (May through August)
