Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and organized Receptionist/Phlebotomist to support patient care and clinic operations. This dual role combines front-desk reception duties with clinical responsibilities, including phlebotomy and patient care support.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage phone calls; assist patients and leads with inquiries.
• Schedule appointments and check in patients for provider and instasculpting nurse visits.
• Obtain and record patient vital signs.
• Perform billing tasks and collect payments.
• Draw blood for lab testing and conduct point-of-care tests.
• Transcribe prescriptions and ensure accuracy.
• Transcribe and ensure lab orders are accurately sent to Labcorp.
• Operate and explain the 3D body composition machine to patients.
• Assist with special projects and other tasks as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• GED or high school diploma.
• Experience in phlebotomy, charting, and patient care.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Kind, compassionate, and understanding demeanor.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with clinic workflow and patient care processes.
• Experience with billing systems and administrative tasks.
