Job Tit le: Client Support Location: New York, NY 10004 (Hybrid) Duration: 12 Months Contract (Possible Extension) Pay Range is $24 to $25/hr. on W2 Job Description: Hybrid (3 days in office & 2 days WFH) days in office for training will be Monday-Wednesday Interviews: 1 round on Zoom Client and Business Area Coordination: Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries related to returned mail and unclaimed assets. Ensure timely follow-up and resolution while maintaining adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Information Sharing: Collaborate with clients or internal stakeholders to gather and share the necessary information, ensuring clear and accurate communication. Escheatment Support: Provide support in reconciling unclaimed assets and other related activities as needed, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Project Assistance: Contribute to assigned projects in Escheatment Operations, providing support where necessary to ensure project success. Process Improvement: Identify potential process issues or anomalies and promptly escalate them to management for review and resolution. Qualifications: Client Relationship Management: Proven ability to identify and address client needs, actively engaging in discussions and meetings to ensure expectations are met. Effective Communication: Ability to present information clearly and respond to inquiries from various business areas, managers, and clients. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. Collaboration and Team Support: Support a positive team environment by balancing workloads effectively, meeting client expectations, and providing constructive feedback in a timely manner. Project Management: Experience in managing multiple tasks and projects, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld. Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking: Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to identify problems, think critically, and implement effective solutions. Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Excel and a high level of comfort with large data management processing. Previous experience with technical tools or systems for data management is a plus.
