The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and iterating enablement and solution strategies and programs that enhance user engagement and accelerate revenue growth. This role requires a leader who can quickly absorb the go-to-market strategy and influence the development and delivery of enablement to the global Go-To-Market team. Key responsibilities include establishing KPIs, leading a high-performing team, and collaborating across various functions to ensure the effectiveness of enablement programs. The VP will also be involved in the design and execution of global field enablement programs, key sales plays, and campaigns, and will serve as a liaison between different teams to align enablement strategy with business needs. Candidates for this role at the company should have a BS or BA degree, with a preference for a degree in a related field, and at least 10 years of experience in sales operations, sales training/development, or field sales enablement within a high-growth global software organization. A background in SaaS, particularly with experience in AI software, is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and leading global teams, be adept at learning technical concepts, and possess strong relationship-building and communication skills. Experience with , LMS platforms, and sales enablement productivity software is also required.
