Analyst, Sales Development Marketing We are seeking an Analyst to join our AMER Field Marketing team . This role will focus on enhancing alignment with our Sales Development (SDR/BDR) teams across North America and supporting multiple outbound marketing channels. The analyst will assist BDRs in generating top-of-funnel sales activities across various industries, managing reporting, conducting event follow-ups, and presenting outcomes to stakeholders. Responsibilities include optimizing marketing technology processes to enhance prospecting effectiveness and delivering data-driven insights that shape growth strategies, marketing pipelines, and ACV. This position reports to the Director of AMER Sales Dev Marketing and requires a creative thinker experienced in developing targeted, consistent, actionable, and integrated strategic programs. We seek someone proactive, able to jump into projects, take responsibility, and meet deadlines in our dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and report on business development metrics and campaign effectiveness. Manage marketing tools for the Business Development team, such as automated direct mail and personalized gifting solutions. Promote upcoming events, webinars, and activities to sales teams based on the marketing calendar. Lead regular meetings with Business Development leaders to review marketing activities and prioritize sales requests. Coordinate event follow-up plans and materials for Business Development teams. Oversee campaign tactics, including segmentation, email programs, digital campaigns, and content creation. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure timely and high-quality execution across all channels. Budget and vendor management, including purchase requests and tracking against quarterly budgets. Assist in data analytics, covering program metrics, attribution, and overall analytics. Requirements: 3-5 years of experience managing and developing integrated marketing campaigns or working directly with Sales/Business Development teams. Knowledge of (company structure, products, and solutions). Experience with Marketing Operations tools such as Tableau CRM and Google Analytics preferred. Strong analytical skills to enhance performance. Aptitude for understanding systems and explaining technical concepts to business partners. Ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet tight deadlines. Budget management experience, with skills in spend allocation and optimization. Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and project management abilities. Strong communication skills, with proficiency in building presentations and project plans.
