A law firm seeks an experienced and passionate Personal Injury Attorney to join its team of dedicated litigators. This position offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid work environment while focusing on representing clients in personal injury cases. The ideal candidate will be a strong advocate for clients, bringing at least three years of experience in personal injury law, and will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Duties:
Represent clients in personal injury cases, managing all aspects of litigation from inception to resolution. Conduct thorough investigations, gather evidence, and consult with medical and expert witnesses to build compelling cases. Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements. Negotiate settlements and handle all phases of litigation, including depositions, discovery, and trial preparation. Provide exceptional client service, ensuring clients are well informed and supported throughout the legal process. Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure cases are handled efficiently and effectively. Develop and maintain a caseload while managing time and priorities to meet deadlines. Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years of experience practicing personal injury law. Strong litigation and negotiation skills. Ability to handle complex personal injury cases independently and work as part of a team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications:
Skills:
Expertise in personal injury law, including litigation and settlement negotiation. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with relevant legal research tools and case management systems.
