Chief Operating Officer (COO) needed in San Antonio metro area reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Newly created position due to growth. Drive strategies in operations, supply chain, logistics, forecasting, estimating, continuous improvement and analysis to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Report to the CEO, oversee all facilities and partner with the leadership to drive results. Direct Hire role, compensation commensurate with experience. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field. 15+ years of Wood Product Manufacturing experience (preferably) with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role with P&L responsibility. Proven track record of successfully leading multi-sites across different industries and geographic regions. Own and drive results including revenue growth, cost reductions, operational excellence, quality and safety. Provide a people-first culture focused on growth, valuing differences and creativity. Strong business acumen, communication skills and emotional intelligence. WHAT WILL YOU DO AS CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER? Strategic planning to meet company goals across Operations, Project Management, Logistics and Estimation. Drive Operational Efficiencies, KPI and metrics development and operational framework. Performance Management, Data Analytics and Estimation. Relationship management both internal and external. Leadership Development. WHAT WILL YOU RECEIVE?
