AIS/Private Markets GTS Planning and Strategy Lead, Vice President
State Street Corporation, Princeton, United States Who we are looking for State Street is currently seeking a GTS Planning and Strategy Vice President who will be responsible for implementing the broader GTS strategy, planning, governance, and reporting of various technology initiatives across the Alternative Investment Services (Hedge Fund Services and Private Markets) area. This role will support business deliverables as well as risk, resiliency, and compliance initiatives. Additionally, the role will provide assistance to multiple business groups within Alternatives Investment Services and will include visibility across the broader internal technology and business teams. What you will be responsible for Work closely with GTS Development and Quality Assurance teams to establish efficient, repeatable, and scalable frameworks for the delivery of IT & business outcomes. Lead the overall AIS/Private Markets Planning and Demand Management. Manage the budgeting, forecasting, and ad-hoc reporting requests for the entire AIS/Private Markets Technology Portfolio. Build financial models and scenario analysis to support long-range strategic planning, forecasting, and budgeting cycles. Handle all AIS/Private Markets Procurement-related matters. Work with the GTS Finance and Enterprise Demand Management teams to enable alignment on the financial and hiring planning, targets, and tracking with division and company's stated mission. Support efforts around continuous improvement in budget and planning processes, including effective utilization of current tools as well as identification of additional tools to enhance processes. Manage the self-identification of control issues, analyze their root causes, manage the handling of drafting appropriate and timely remediation plans, and continuously monitor remediation progress to closure. Be the focal person for the execution of key business risk programs, including regular risk reviews, risk reporting, oversight and governance activities (including issue and incident management), and monitoring control performance for the business unit. Assist with the preparation and coordination of outside reviews, including audit events and/or regulatory examinations. Education & Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent related field experience. 15+ years of experience in IT Finance/PMO/Business Analysis. Demonstrated experience collaborating with diverse and geographically distributed teams. Understanding of generally acceptable accounting principles. Financial Services experience preferred. Experience working in an enterprise PMO and an understanding of the SDLC.
