AI NPU Compute Apps - Product Manager Senior

The Snapdragon Compute platform includes cutting edge IP cores delivering industry best-in-class CPU, GPU, and NPU that enable innovative AI experiences. Optimizing neural networks and GenAI models on the 45 TOPs NPU accelerates processing by up to 10x performance at a fraction of the power. This leadership role will direct a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for the compute AI NPU app experiences leveraging the market leading 45 TOPs NPU to accelerate AI models for generative AI, LVM, and LLMs on the edge. This involves collaborating with executives across top app developers to define breakthrough experiences, guide technical teams through the execution, and establish a GTM plan for product launch. The innovative solutions will be part of Qualcomm CEO and executive keynotes as well as Microsoft and OEM partner showcases. The Product Manager functions as a central resource across Engineering, Technical Program Managers and Marketing to drive the execution of the strategy from product conception and definition through launch. This includes conducting market research to identify trends and prioritize AI technology features across the Snapdragon AI software roadmap. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for defining breakthrough AI NPU LLM experiences and guiding technical teams during execution through product launch. Define innovative compute application experiences, incubate executive engagement with market leading partners to establish a roadmap to launch. Research consumer application segments for optimizing solutions across PLM, LLM, LVMs to define a product roadmap of AI experiences. Direct team cross-org collaboration to establish priority of open-source AI models spanning LLMs, LVMs, computer vision models. Partner with Engineering and Technology Program Managers to prioritize and execute on the software strategy and roadmap. Guide developer ecosystem to optimize solution for the Oryon CPU cores. Scale app developer engagements via webinars, campaign outreach, and drive dashboards of the developer journey. Market new and complex products and technologies through technical marketing opportunities such as conferences, industry events, and drive product launch efforts. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Humanities, or related field. 4+ years of Product Management or related work experience. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field. MBA or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field. 7-10 years Product Management or related work experience. Deep understanding of AI technology including PyTorch, ONNX, DirectML. Experience with LLM, LVM, and Gen AI model architectures. Expert in collaborating with external partners to define roadmaps and execution through launch. Background in bringing SW products and solutions to market. Strong leadership skills, and a self-starter who possesses a sense of ownership around delivering on team goals. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
