Civil Engineer
to join their team in a direct-hire role. With over 25 years of experience in transportation, site development, inspection, surveying, and right-of-way services, this firm offers a collaborative work environment and a strong commitment to community involvement. The role is ideal for candidates with a background in transportation and site development projects. Key Responsibilities: Perform civil design tasks for roadway, grading, drainage, utility, and site development projects. Prepare engineering documents by developing construction specifications, plans, and schedules. Work closely with project teams, government agencies, and clients, building strong communication channels. Calculate project costs by estimating labor, materials, and related expenses. Monitor construction sites to ensure adherence to construction specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. Utilize time effectively to complete tasks accurately, on schedule, and within budget. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering. Proven experience in civil engineering design, particularly in transportation and site development. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, or similar engineering software. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage both design and project management tasks. Preferred Qualifications: EIT or PE certification is preferred. Additional Information: Compensation:
