Position Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Account-Based Marketing Strategy
Develop and execute integrated marketing programs that generate leads and align with business goals to drive B2B demand generation in hospital and ASC markets.
Marketing Automation Leverage ABM tools (e.g. 6sense) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) to create, manage, and optimize multi-channel lead nurturing campaigns. Hands-on experience with email marketing automation, segmentation, and workflows is essential.
Data-Driven Approach Track and analyze metrics, including funnel performance and campaign effectiveness, to make data-informed decisions that continuously improve lead conversion rates.
Collaborate with Business Development Partner with the Business Development team and regional leadership to drive ABM strategies and business growth, using data and insights to guide decisions and improve outcomes.
Market Insights Understand the competitive landscape, market dynamics, and local market factors to create targeted and impactful campaigns that resonate with key stakeholders.
Call Campaigns Lead and manage outbound call campaigns to initiate, nurture, and qualify leads, ensuring consistent follow-up and engagement to advance leads through the funnel.
Trade Show & Event Marketing Plan and execute lead generation strategies for trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to drive awareness, generate leads, and build relationships with potential clients.
Content Creation Collaborate with internal teams to develop relevant content for lead nurturing, including one-pagers, blogs, videos, and educational materials tailored to hospitals and ASCs.
Referrals Manage campaigns to optimize the effectiveness of referral program, fostering internal advocacy to drive new business referrals.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field. 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on lead generation and driving growth through omnichannel campaigns. Proficient with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot; experience with lead scoring and nurturing workflows is a plus. Demonstrated success in managing the sales funnel, nurturing leads, and improving conversion rates. Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data from multiple sources and report on KPIs to optimize pipeline development and ROI. Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Awareness of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights and ideas clearly to cross-functional teams. Availability to travel several days a month for client meetings, trade shows, and business development events.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Proven experience with outbound lead generation tactics, including call campaigns and event-based marketing. Healthcare experience is a plus.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, the Business Development Lead Generation Manager will drive organic growth by executing comprehensive Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to fill the sales pipeline with qualified leads from IDNs, hospitals, and ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs). This position will design, implement, and optimize marketing programs that support our business development initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in B2B lead generation, marketing automation, and inbound marketing strategies directly tied to revenue generation. You will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact, integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, call campaigns, and trade show participation, to drive lead generation and conversion throughout the sales funnel.
