Summit Law Group is seeking an equity partner to join our efficient and friendly real estate group. This position counsels clients on the full spectrum of transactional real estate issues. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in leasing, acquisition, disposition, and development transactions. This is a great opportunity for a big-law or in-house attorney looking to make partner and join a nimble team of expert attorneys and staff. A portable book of business is ideal, but not required.
POSITION SUMMARY

This newly added position will play a pivotal role in managing, negotiating, and overseeing a wide range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and joint ventures. This position requires significant expertise in real estate law, as well as the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, clients, and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent negotiation and communication skills. Desired Qualifications
Member of the Washington State Bar Association (or able to obtain Washington State Bar Association membership within a reasonable period) Washington resident, or planning to relocate to the Seattle area 10 years of experience in leasing, acquisition, disposition, and development transactions Outstanding academic credentials Interest in joining firm membership, given Summit's all-member model About Summit
