Bankruptcy Paralegal

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced paralegal to support the creditors' rights group. If you have prior experience with delinquent tax, collections or bankruptcy this could be a fit for you This law firm offers work life balance, a hybrid schedule, and competitive pay based on experience. Responsibilities: Prepare legal documents for attorneys - objections, proof of claims etc. Review bankruptcy petitions, motions for relief from stay, motions to sell real estate, fee notices, payment change notices, transfer of claims, dismissal and discharge orders. e-File pleadings and research in PACER. Work with clients, debtors and the trustee's office tracking and communicating status on all matters. Qualifications: Paralegal certificate is preferred or prior experience in bankruptcy and restructuring or mortgage foreclosure Excellent communication skills High attention to detail Trustworthy and ethical Client service oriented Experience with PACER is preferred Equal Opportunity Employer Competitive Compensation Package
