We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead tenant improvement (TI) and special projects within the commercial construction industry. This is a unique opportunity to work on fast-paced, high-impact projects that require precision, creativity, and exceptional leadership. Position Overview As a Construction Project Manager , you will be responsible for managing all aspects of tenant improvement and special projects. These projects often involve complex renovations, adaptive reuse, and build-outs in active environments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering quality results on time and within budget while maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage the planning, execution, and completion of tenant improvement and special commercial projects. Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules in collaboration with clients and internal teams. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety standards. Manage procurement of materials and labor, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety. Identify and resolve project challenges proactively. Provide regular updates and reports to clients and senior leadership. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred) or equivalent experience. 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on tenant improvement and/or special commercial projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar tools. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
