responsibilities: Financial Operations Management:
Oversee accounting and financial processes across multiple entities, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance with financial standards. Cash Flow Strategy:
Analyze and forecast cash flow to optimize liquidity and align financial strategies with organizational objectives. Banking & Transactions:
Manage banking relationships, oversee transactions, and ensure the efficiency of financial operations. Investment Oversight:
Administer and monitor the organization's investment portfolio to maximize returns and ensure effective cash allocation. Accounting Systems & Bookkeeping:
Streamline QuickBooks processes, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger management, to maintain accurate records. Financial Reporting:
Prepare monthly and annual financial reports, delivering actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making by senior leadership. Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, establish internal controls, and collaborate with external CPA firms for tax preparation and reporting. qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred). 2+ years of experience in managing an accounting team. Strong attention to detail and advanced analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders. Experience in the real estate industry is highly desirable but not required. This is a hands-on Controller role with significant growth potential. You'll thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented culture while contributing to the success of a dynamic, multi-entity organization.
