We have ambitious plans to further enhance the product by combining research, engineering, and design, making ChatGPT even more intuitive and indispensable in users’ daily lives.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Product Manager for ChatGPT to bring cutting-edge AI to the world and make it broadly accessible. You’ll work at the intersection of research and product to make ChatGPT more intuitive and valuable for global audiences. This is a high-impact role with the ability to shape how millions of people interact with AI.This position is based in San Francisco, CA. We utilize a hybrid work model with 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees.In this role, you will:Develop and execute against a strategy to grow ChatGPT adoption and retention in international marketsCollaborate with research teams to evaluate and improve multilingual model performance Ensure ChatGPT reflects cultural nuances and provides an exceptional experience for diverse usersLead efforts to establish scalable localization workflowsPartner with go-to-market and partnerships teams to explore regional initiatives to lower barriers to accessUse data to better understand user needs and guide future product developmentYou might thrive in this role if you:Have 6+ years of product management or related industry experience, with a track record of driving international growth initiatives.Have experience adapting innovative technologies to meet the diverse needs of global audiences.Are highly analytical and scrappy.Are fluent in at least one language beyond English or have significant international experience.Demonstrate exceptional leadership, communication, and execution skills.Obtained a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or a related field.About OpenAIOpenAI is an AI research and deployment company dedicated to ensuring that general-purpose artificial intelligence benefits all of humanity.
