Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and management of Asurion's global compensation and benefits programs. This is a senior leadership role where you will manage a team of 12global professionals, driving strategic initiatives that align with our mission to care for people and technology. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our compensation and benefits offerings are competitive, equitable, and support the company’s overall business goals and growth initiatives. This position reports to the Chief Human Resources Officer and works closely with the executive leadership team and Compensation Committee to deliver innovative solutions that attract, retain, and engage top talent across the globe. You will also collaborate cross-functionally with other HR leaders, Legal, Finance and other leaders to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and market trends. Key Responsibilities: Global Total Rewards Strategy:Lead the development and execution of Asurion’s global rewards strategy, ensuring it is competitive, equitable, and aligned with our business goals. Leadership & Team Management:Manage a global team of compensation and benefits professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development to foster high performance and collaboration. Market Analysis & Benchmarking:Regularly assess market trends and benchmark data to recommend competitive compensation structures, benefits programs, and reward systems that attract and retain talent. Executive Compensation:Partner with the executive leadership team and the Compensation Committee to design and manage executive compensation programs that align with the company’s strategic goals and performance targets. Global Benefits Programs:Oversee the administration of global benefits programs, ensuring they are compliant with local laws and regulations while meeting the needs of employees across diverse regions. Vendor Management: Proven experience assessing and managing consultants and vendors. Equity & Inclusion:Promote equitable compensation and benefits practices, ensuring fair pay practices and supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. Compliance & Risk Management:Ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and international compensation and benefits regulations, and manage risk related to compensation and benefits programs. Data-Driven Decision Making:Utilize HR metrics, analytics, and reporting tools to measure the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs and provide insights to senior leadership for continuous improvement. Collaboration & Communication:Partner with business leaders, finance, HR business partners, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of compensation and benefits initiatives. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on compensation and benefits-related matters. Recognition and Rewards: Develop and implement innovative recognition and rewards programs to foster a culture of appreciation and engagement, driving employee motivation and performance. Design or participate in the design of all variable reward programs, including those for executive, sales, research, and other groups. Qualifications: Experience:At least 10+ years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits management, including leadership experience in global compensation and benefits strategy. Global Expertise:Strong understanding of global compensation and benefits practices, with experience managing programs across multiple regions, including the US, Latin America, EMEA, and APAC. Leadership Skills:Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional, global teams, driving results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strategic Vision:Ability to think strategically and develop long-term compensation and benefits plans that align with organizational goals and future growth. Strong Analytical Skills:Data-driven, with the ability to analyze compensation and benefits trends, generate insights, and make recommendations based on market data and business needs. Education:Bachelor’s degree. Advanced certifications (e.g., CCP, GRP) is preferred. Communication Skills:Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex compensation and benefits data to senior executives and key stakeholders. Technical Proficiency:Proficient in HRIS systems, compensation software, and other relevant tools. Experience with data analytics and reporting platforms is a plus. Business Acumen:A strong understanding of the business environment and how compensation and benefits strategies support overall business objectives. Executive presence: capable of effectively presenting ideas and recommendations to all organizational levels, including the Board of Directors and Shareholders, both verbally and in writing Why Asurion?
