What you will do
The Business Intelligence Analyst will lead the development and support of analytic tools and reports for risk mitigation within the Sustainable Infrastructure (SI) Services Operating Platform.
How you will do it
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements
Develop and maintain Microsoft BI tools, dashboards and reports
Collect and analyze datasets from various sources
Identify trends and patterns in data to support decision making
Optimize data collection procedures and improve data quality
Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity
Develop and implement data governance policies
Provide training and support to end-users on Microsoft BI tools and reports
What we look for Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems or related degree
5 years experience in facility management and operations, with thorough understanding of FM/O&M/ As a Service Model business
2 year experience using Microsoft BI technologies (Power BI, Excel)
Advanced user of Microsoft Office and Smartsheet
Excellent verbal and written communicator with ability to break down complex FM contract terms and data in simplified format
Occasional travel (10%) may be required
