We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in the healthcare industry in Johnson City, New York. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and performing efficient data entry tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Handle and respond to inbound and outbound calls from customers
• Provide top-tier call center customer service
• Accurately enter customer information and orders into the system
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner
• Schedule and manage customer appointments as needed
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for data management and communication
• Handle email correspondence professionally and efficiently
• Process customer credit applications with precision and diligence
• Use Epic software and EOB - Explanation of Benefits in daily operations.• Proficiency in answering inbound calls swiftly and professionally
• Prior experience in a call center customer service role
• Excellent customer service skills and a patient-centered approach
• Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
• Strong skills in email correspondence, maintaining professionalism at all times
• Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Ability to perform order entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy
• Experience in scheduling appointments in a busy healthcare setting
• Knowledge of Epic Software and its applications in a healthcare setting
• Understanding of Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and ability to communicate this to customers.
