Job Description
We are offering a contract for a SALES Customer Service Rep position at our Albuquerque, New Mexico location. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction in a medical supply company. You will handle a variety of customer service and administrative tasks, including managing patient inquiries and finalizing sales.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently process customer inquiries and finalize sales
• Handle inbound and outbound calls effectively, ensuring customer queries are resolved
• Maintain a high level of customer service across all interactions
• Accurately manage data entry and order entry tasks
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to keep customer records updated
• Manage email correspondences professionally, ensuring timely responses
• Schedule appointments as necessary, coordinating with other team members
• Aid in achieving the goal of 100% customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
• Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing inbound outbound calls.• Solid experience in call center customer service.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficiency in data entry tasks.
• Ability to handle email correspondence effectively.
