Job Responsibilities:
Handle employment litigation matters of varying complexity, including individual cases, class actions, and PAGA claims. Maintain regular communication with client representatives and opposing counsel. Assist in conducting workplace investigations. Take and defend depositions. Draft pleadings, motions (including dispositive motions), and legal correspondence. Prepare and respond to discovery requests.
Qualifications:
Active member in good standing with the California Bar. 2–4 years of experience in employment litigation. Experience with wage and hour class actions and PAGA claims is strongly preferred. Strong analytical, oral, and written communication skills. Self-motivated, capable of working independently, and a collaborative team player.
