Position Summary: We're seeking a dedicated

Brewing Supervisorto oversee our brewing and flavoring operations. In this role, you'll lead daily brewing activities, manage team training, monitor fermentation processes, and collaborate closely with the packaging team. You'll also contribute to production planning, data accuracy in our ERP system, and research and development efforts. As a key player in our production team, you'll be responsible for ensuring all SOPs and quality standards are followed, supporting the Brewing Operations Manager, and creating a safe, collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily brewing and flavoring operations, ensuring compliance with SOPs, health, safety, and environmental regulations. Lead a team by building strong communication, addressing any safety issues, and fostering a culture of respect and collaboration. Support the Brewing Operations Manager in coordinating hiring, training, and performance management for the brewing team. Act as a resource for ERP data accuracy and maintain up-to-date data systems. Identify process improvement opportunities, manage cross-training initiatives, and implement corrective actions when needed. Engage in production testing, equipment maintenance coordination, and sanitation procedures to uphold product quality. Travel to other facilities up to 20% of the time to provide training and support.

Food Safety and Quality Responsibilities: In alignment with our commitment to food safety and quality, you'll follow GMP policies, contribute to our SQF standards, and address any quality issues promptly. You'll provide on-site technical support across locations, ensuring that brewing operations are consistent with SOPs and standards.

Qualifications:

Education:High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Fermentation Sciences preferred. Experience:3-5 years of supervisory experience in a brewing or food production environment.
